The City of New Haven Office of Economic Development is seeking qualifications for developers and development teams interested in Block F, located on the eastern portion of 275 South Orange Street and commonly known as the former New Haven Veterans Memorial Coliseum Site. This is a prominent site in downtown New Haven of 4.46 acres. It is the largest remaining development site in downtown New Haven and is located in immediate proximity to Interstate 95, Interstate 91, and to Union Station. The City has a strong interest in development that will meet its goals of intensifying mixed use in the central business district and in the southern portion of the historic Ninth Square neighborhood.
