New Haven Community Impact Report Card
The Community Impact Report Card (CIRC) is an evaluation that rates each bank located in New Haven, Connecticut, on 50 criteria that are important for consumers, particularly those for whom banks have traditionally been less accessible.
The central motivating principle behind CIRC is the belief that providing consumers with basic information about banking products and services will encourage banks to be more responsive to community needs.

One of the core premises of CIRC is that consumers will use the findings and information to choose the bank that best meets their unique banking needs and circumstances. This year, to ensure CIRC's accessibility, an individual report card was developed for each bank.
