Worried about your unpaid parking tickets?

If you do have unpaid tickets, you can pay them off in the following ways:

• Pay Online by clicking on the link below

• Phone - Make a payment over the phone using Visa or MasterCard by calling 946-8055. Please have ticket number available when calling.

• Mail - Mail in a payment to: Tag Division, PO Box 1941, New Haven CT 06509-0909. Please put ticket number and/or plate number on your check. Do not mail cash.

• In person - Pay in person at the Collections Office on the first floor of 200 Orange Street, New Haven CT 06510 on weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm.
