Pre-Proposal Meeting Location: VI. INSPECTION ON SITE (NOT MANDATORY) - The ability to walk thru each structure will be held on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 1, 2012 at 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM located at 138 Putnam Street, 181 Putnam Street and 197 Putnam Street, New Haven, CT. Each Bidder should visit the site of the proposed work and fully acquaint oneself with the existing conditions there relating to construction and labor, and should fully inform oneself as to the facilities involved, the difficulties and restrictions attending the performance of the Contract. The Contractor by the execution of the Contract shall in no way be relieved of any obligation under it due to its failure to receive or examine any form or legal instrument or to visit the site and acquaint itself with the conditions there existing and the City of New Haven will reject any claim based on the facts regarding which it should have been on notice.
