New Haven Police have established a toll-free hotline number, 1-866-888-TIPS, to ask for the public's help with crime incident investigations and Wanted Persons. If you have information about a New Haven case, call 1-866-888-TIPS(8477). All calls will be kept confidential. The hotline has a voicemail system to receive calls while investigators are currently on the line or after regular business hours. This ensures that no call will be missed. Investigators will return all calls. Rewards are available in some cases.
