Below is a listing of services that can be completed or at least initiated at your convenience, saving you a trip to City Hall. The services fall into four main categories.

Interactive

• Check your tax liability or review the payments that you have made on April 15th.
• Use tools which will tell you your trash pick-up day, who your alderperson and ward is or where your nearest Senior center is.
• Access the City's Assessment contractor's website for your property information
• Web 311 - place a service request or get answers to any of your New Haven related questions from experts in City Hall
  
• Apply for City Business
  Prospective vendors can register to be notified via E-mail or fax of current procurement opportunities. Anyone can register and download the procurement documents without any costs or fees.
• Pay your parking tickets Online
• Coming Soon
  • We're working on Online Registration and Reservations for programs at the Department of Parks and Recreation.
  • Building Permit and Business License information will be available online by the spring so you can check on the status of your application. A limited number of permits may be available online.

Online Documents

• The schedules and agendas for Aldermanic meetings
• Aldermanic legislation
• the decisions of the Zoning Appeals Board
• the Municipal Code and the Code of Ordinances

are all documents that can be printed by you to avoid a visit to City Hall, and even a printing charge.

Online Forms

The City's Health Department is compiling a listing of volunteers who can be called upon in an emergency to assist in various activities. Further information about the program may be found here and the signup may be found here.
