The City’s First Summertime Terrasse.
Downtown’s newest restaurant, Meat & Co., along with Town Green Special Services and the Transportation, Traffic and Parking department have partnered in a pilot program that introduces the city’s first summertime terrasse. A metered parking space directly in front of Meat & Co., located on Crown St, has been converted for 30 days into a café style extension of the business. Customers are free to sit outside and enjoy their meal in new contemporary urban styled space that shows that streets are for more than just cars.

Parkmobile is a new service in New Haven that allows you to pay for parking using your cell phone. You no longer need to fumble for quarters or leave dinner to refill the meter. It is now possible to handle parking electronically on your visit downtown with this easy pay-by-cell service.
