    Health Matters! Tip

Did you know fruits and vegetables come in all of the colors of the rainbow? Next time you’re grocery shopping or visiting the local farmers’ market, pick any color of the rainbow and buy fruits or vegetables that match. It’s a great way to try new fruits and vegetables and get more healthy foods in you and your family’s diet!!
