The 500-unit high-rise residential community at the corners of State and Chapel streets has 50 set aside units including 20 affordable Section 8 Project Based Voucher units, 27 workforce housing units, and 3 units reserved for people at or below 150% of the area median income.

The brand new residential community has a host of amenities including a rooftop terrace with swimming pool, sundeck and gardens, a 24-hour attended lobby, and 6th floor fitness center, clubroom and library. All apartments have stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwashers and washer/dryers.

The 27 workforce studio apartments will be available to qualified applicants at below market rate rents. The rent for these apartments with all utilities included is currently $1,084.
