Location
Stetson Branch Library is located on 200 Dixwell Avenue
in the Dixwell Plaza. Parking is available in front and
behind the library.
From I-95 North and South:
Take Exit 47 to downtown New Haven. Follow the road to the
end of the connector (Exit 1-Frontage Rd.). Go to the first
light (York St.). Take a right onto York and continue for
four traffic lights and take a left onto Broadway. Continue
to the next traffic light and bear right onto Dixwell Ave.
Once on Dixwell go to the second light; Dixwell Plaza is on
the left side of the street (200 Dixwell Ave.).
From I-91 South:
Take Exit 1 (Downtown New Haven). Follow above directions
from Frontage Road.

Diane-Brown Petteway donned her pajamas to read bedtime stories
at Stetson Branch. The program, held on a Sunday night in October,
featured readings from Mayor John DeStefano, Jr., City Librarian James
Welbourne, Librarian Hannah Peacock, and others.

Technology Access Center
Stetson Branch's Technology Access Center provides free
computer assistance and classes to those with library cards.
Assistance is available in the following areas:
- Using the Internet and e-mail
- Finding employment and creating resumes
- Printing business cards, mailing labels, brochures and
invitations
