    Fairlawn Manor Project - Neighborhood Housing Services

    NHS acquired thirty-six (36) housing units, otherwise known as Fairlawn Manor, to rehabilitate and convert into twenty-five (25) units of housing two (2) single-family homes, seven (7) two-family homes and three (3) three-family homes in the Beaver Hills Neighborhood. Thirteen (13) units are developed for low/moderate income earners and twelve (12) units are designated as market rate housing. It is a homeownership project with most homes containing subordinate rental units. The properties are located at 491, 503, 507, 511 and 515 Whalley Ave., 1496, 1500, 1504, 1508, and 1514 Ella Grasso Blvd; 13-15 and 17-19 Blake St. The total project cost is $4,200,000+.
