    The Health Department’s Health Programs Division provides a variety of services, including a syringe exchange program, a behavioral intervention for drug users, rapid HIV and Hepatitis C testing, and Ryan White Services, as well as educational programs focusing on nutrition and unintentional injury prevention. The Health Programs Division is also working with property owners and managers to increase the number of smoke-free rental units available in the City of New Haven.
