New Haven Solid Waste & Recycling Authority

NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF FINAL REGULATIONS
           Effective July 8, 2009, the New Haven Solid Waste and Recycling Authority (the “Authority”), adopted final regulations with respect to the following: (i) provisions regarding the Authority issuing and enforcing transfer station licenses and vehicle permits, (ii) provisions regarding the Authority enforcing the waste flow control ordinance of the City of New Haven, and (iii) the procedure for appeals to the Authority for actions regarding transfer station licenses, vehicle permits, and enforcement of the waste flow control ordinance of the City of New Haven. 

A copy of the final regulations are on file for public inspection at the principal office of the Authority, located at 34 Middletown Avenue, New Haven, Connecticut 06513. Download a copy here.

The New Haven Solid Waste and Recycling Authority will hold its Regular Meetings on the dates listed below, at 6:30 p.m., at City Hall, 165 Church Street, 2nd Floor, in Meeting Room #1, New Haven, Connecticut.
