Rental Rebate Program
The City of New Haven, Department of Elderly Services, through the State of Connecticut Office of Policy & Management offers City of New Haven renters the opportunity to apply for a rent rebate at various locations throughout the City of New Haven.
If you were 65 years or older by December 31, 2005 or 18-64 and disabled with income of:
Unmarried - $ 27,700 or less
Married - $33,900 or less
You may be eligible to receive a rebate between $50-$900.
Rebates will be processed between May 15, 2006 – September 15, 2006
