Welcome To SPDC Science Park Development Corporation (SPDC) 25 Science Park New Haven, CT 06511 The SPDC is a nonprofit corporation represented by the City of New Haven, Yale University, Property owners, and neighborhood stakeholders within the Science Park neighborhood. Science Park is some 80 acres of industrial reuse land and buildings located at the north central part of New Haven bordering the southern tip of Newhallville neighborhood and west of Yale's Science Hill. The SPDC is charged with the stewardship of redeveloping the developable parcels within Science Park. In the last two years, the area has seen significant resurgence of development interests. Currently there multimillion dollar developments in the area spearheaded by Winstanley Enterprises. Refer to link below for more information.
