    Growing New Haven's Economy | All Development Projects

    Downtown Crossing TIGER II Application: The City of New Haven has applied for a $21.3 million TIGER II capital grant to convert CT-34 from a limited access highway to urban boulevards from Union Avenue to existing the Exit 3 / College Street. Project elements include bike/ped enhancements, modifications to two frontage roads, streetscape improvements and reconstruction of College Street to grade level. Elements are designed to citywide Complete Streets standards. Download copies of the application, letters of support and appendices below.
