Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the New Haven Historic District Commission on WEDNESDAY evening, MARCH 9, 2005, at 7:00 P.M. in 2nd Floor Meeting Room # 2, 165 Church Street, New Haven, Connecticut. At that time and place opportunity will be given to all those who wish to be heard relative to Applications of the following:
Application #05-1-CA of Joseph Richards, by Peter MacPartland, AIA, seeking Certificate of Appropriateness for renovations (detailed on submitted application) to property known as 516 Chapel Street located in the Wooster Square Historic District.
Said application with plans are on file in the Office of LCI, Building Division, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange Street, New Haven, Connecticut.
