HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the New Haven Historic District Commission on WEDNESDAY evening, JULY 13, 2005, at 7:00 P.M. in 2nd Floor Meeting Room # 2, 165 Church Street, New Haven, Connecticut. At that time and place opportunity will be given to all those who wish to be heard relative to Applications of the following:
Application of Tyler Gagliardi, seeking Certificate of Appropriateness for renovations to front face of structure at 517-519 Quinnipiac Avenue (renovations to 1st level porch—2nd level porch to demolished) in the Quinnipiac River Historic District.
Application of Carey Fitzasimons, by Thomas Kimberly, seeking Certificate of Appropriateness for maple sash windows to open in an awning fashion to replace existing aluminum windows (7 total) at 75 Howard Avenue; and to also install Solar Panels with view from Sea Street, in the City Point Historic District.
Said application with plans are on file in the Office of LCI, Building Division, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange Street, New Haven, Connecticut.
