Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the New Haven Historic District Commission on WEDNESDAY evening, DECEMBER 14, 2005, at 7:00 P.M. in 2nd Floor Meeting Room # 2, 165 Church Street, New Haven, Connecticut. At that time and place opportunity will be given to all those who wish to be heard relative to Application of the following:
Application of Zhou Wei Qiu, seeking Certificate of Appropriateness for improvements (installation of proposed windows, siding,and door) to property known as 28 Hallock Avenue in the City Point Historic District:
Said application and other material are on file in the Office of LCI, Building Division, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange Street, New Haven, Connecticut.
