HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the New Haven Historic District Commission on WEDNESDAY evening, NOVEMBER 10, 2004, at 7:00 P.M. in 2nd Floor Meeting Room # 2, 165 Church Street, New Haven, Connecticut. At that time and place opportunity will be given to all those who wish to be heard relative to Applications of the following:
Application of Michael F. Corcoran, relative to property known as 453 Quinnipiac Avenue, in the Quinnipiac District, seeking Certificate of Appropriateness for renovations: install dormers, wooden columns, railings, stairs, deck with railings on flat roof at rear of house; remove siding; replace windows; repair brownstone wall; gravel driveway and parking area to be considered.
Said applications are on file in the Office of LCI, Building Division, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange Street, New Haven, Connecticut.
