Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the New Haven Historic District Commission on WEDNESDAY evening, JUNE 9, 2004, at 7:00 P.M. in 2nd Floor Aldermanic Meeting Room # 2, 165 Church Street, New Haven, Connecticut. At that time and place opportunity will be given to all those who wish to be heard relative to Applications of the following:
Application of Angelo Reyes, relative to property known as 55 East Pearl Street in the Quinnipiac River District, seeking Certificate of Appropriateness for renovations to 2-family dwelling (remove concrete shingles; repair clapboard where needed; and repair trim around windows).
Application of Peter F. Sorenson, relative to property known as 548 Chapel Street, in the Wooster Square District, seeking Certificate of Appropriateness for replacement windows on front and left side of existing building as seen from the street.
Application of Priory Development, LLC, relative to property known as 8 Hughes Place, in the Wooster Square District , seeking Certificate of Appropriateness for proposed new rooftop kitchenette with details to match existing rooftop enclosures.
Application of Lucian Addario, relative to property known as 24-26 Howard Avenue, in the City Point District, seeking Certificate of Appropriateness to replace 2-car garage with a 3-car garage with same exterior appearance as original garage.
Said applications are on file in the Office of LCI, Building Division, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange Street, New Haven, Connecticut.
