CITY NOTICE HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION CITY OF NEW HAVEN

Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the New Haven Historic District Commission on WEDNESDAY evening, JULY 14, 2004, at 7:00 P.M. in 2nd Floor Meeting Room # 2, 165 Church Street, New Haven, Connecticut. At that time and place opportunity will be given to all those who wish to be heard relative to Applications of the following:

Application #04-10-CA of Angelo Reyes, 32 Chamber Street in the Quinnipiac River District, seeking Certificate of Appropriateness for renovations to 1-family dwelling and add a 4 ft x 6 ft Front Deck.

Application #04-12-CA of Peter F. Sorenson, 548 Chapel Street, in the Wooster Square District, seeking Certificate of Appropriateness for replacement windows on front and left side of existing building as seen from the street (Postponed from June 9, 2004 Hearing).

Application #04-14-CA of Eli Echevarria, 43 East Pearl Street in the Quinnipiac River District, seeking Certificate of Appropriateness for 4 replacement aluminum windows installed in the attic of dwelling.

Applications #04-16-CA, 4 East Grand Avenue; #04-17-CA, 10 East Grand Avenue; #04-18-CA, 12 East Grand Avenue; in the Quinnipiac River District, all of Dragon Point, LLC , by Joel Schiavone, seeking to demolish the 3 structures—cinder block construction cannot be repaired.
