CITY NOTICE HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION CITY OF NEW HAVEN

Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the New Haven Historic District Commission on WEDNESDAY evening, APRIL 14, 2004, at 7:00 P.M. in Aldermanic Meeting Room # 2, 165 Church Street, New Haven, Connecticut. At that time and place opportunity will be given to all those who wish to be heard relative to CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS for the following:

Application #04-05-CA of Patricia Boozer for property known as 470 Quinnipiac Avenue, seeking Certificate of Appropriateness front door and storm door in the Quinnipiac River District.

Application #04-06-CA of Paul Cancro and Allyx Schiavone for property known as 620 Quinnipiac Avenue, seeking Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior renovations to 3-family dwelling in order to convert to l-family in the Quinnipiac River District.

Application #04-07-CA of Yanitza Diaz for property known as 96 Greenwich Avenue, seeking Certificate of Appropriateness for construction of rear deck to existing dwelling in the City Point District.

Application #04-08-CA of Thomas B. Ahern for property known as 22-24 Hallock Avenue, seeking Certificate of Appropriateness for Replacement Windows (double insulated glass, vinyl frame and sach) in the City Point District.
