Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the New Haven Historic District Commission on WEDNESDAY evening, OCTOBER 8, 2003 at 7:00 P.M., in Meeting #2, 2nd floor, City Hall, 165 Church Street, New Haven, Connecticut. At that time and place opportunity will be given to all those who wish to be heard relative to the following applications:
Application #03-09-CA: Priory Development, LLC, seeking Certificate of Appropriateness for new copper gravel stop to be installed around perimeter of parapet walls of property known as 8-10 Hughes Place in the Wooster Square Historic District.
Application #03-10-CA: Priory Development, LLC, seeking Certificate of Appropriateness for rooftop enclosure , stair to roof, new roof deck and railings visible from street at property known as 8-10 Hughes Place in the Wooster Square Historic District.
Application #03-11-CA: New Haven Department of Parks, Recreation and Trees, seeking Certificate of Appropriateness for renovations to the Russo Park—remove and relocate existing brick walls, beaches, and concrete pavement—at property known as 566 Chapel Street in the Wooster Square Historic District.
