HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the New Haven Historic District Commission on WEDNESDAY evening, MAY 14, 2003 at 7:00 P.M., in Meeting #2, 2nd floor, City Hall, 165 Church Street, New Haven, Connecticut. At that time and place opportunity will be given to all those who wish to be heard relative to application of the following for Certificate of Appropriateness.
Application #03-04-CA: Priory Development, LLC, by Eric O’Brien, agent, seeking approval for proposed renovations ( lightwell, brick infill, windows, new entry, etc.) to existing structure at 8-10 Hughes Place in the Wooster Square Historic District.
Application #03-05-CA: Stewart Hutchings, et al, seeking approval for proposed stone wall to be constructed with a section to have a white picket fence on top for privacy and property enhancement at 333 Front Street in the Quinnipiac River Historic District. (This application has been canceled—the property is not in a Historic District.)
