    NOTICE is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals in the Public Hearing Room (G-2), Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange Street, New Haven, Connecticut, TUESDAY evening, SEPTEMBER 21, 2004 at 6:30 P.M. At that time and place, opportunity will be given to those who wish to be heard relative to the following:

    Appeal of 415 Middletown Avenue of New Haven, LLC, 415 Middletown Avenue, seeking Review of Administrative Order of Zoning Enforcement Officer (June 24, 2004) to cease operation of an unapproved mercantile business offering adult videos and DVD’s within RM-1 zone.

    Appeal of Grannis Island Company, Inc., Quinnipiac Avenue (MBP 119-1012-00300 & 120-1012-01200), seeking Review of Administrative Order of Zoning Enforcement Officer (July 14, 2004) to cease land grading in a coastal area, and flood zone without Soil and Erosion Sediment Control Plan approval and Coastal Site Plan Review approval as required by the New Haven Zoning Ordinance in IL zone.
