    As we persevere through the rest of winter, please be mindful of changeable weather and the potential for hazardous conditions in the area. Be alert, drive carefully, and use caution when outside and during inclement weather.

    And while a new administration adjusts to its new responsibilities in Washington, please rest assured all of us in city government will continue to honor our responsibilities to the residents, businesses, and institutions of New Haven. We remain hopeful that the new administration and the federal government it leads will work on behalf of all Americans to ensure their peace, prosperity, and well-being.
